CW : Brief, nondescript mentions of cults and death.

ABOUT - 1

(Longer bio WIP.)

Angelic in appearance and voice, a complete demon otherwise. Azazel is technically a fallen angel, but Heaven and the Elder Gods found it more beneficial to them to allow her back into her ranks after her escapade amongst mortals as a cult leader and efficient killer of.. just about anything she set her eyes on.

Now Azazel is a guardian of holy places and their contents as long as she promises not to manipulate people into sacrificing themselves to her again. Or tossing spears at any of the other cherubim instead of her actual targets.

ABOUT - 2

Despite cutesy appearances, Azazel is a complete menace. She has very little empathy and instead considers the thrill of hunting foes down more important over anything like love or friendship. She uses her looks and sing-song voice to string others along when it’s convenient, usually only to get what she wants.

That being said, she has an affinity for mortals she finds ‘cute’ and likes to spare them only to treat them like pets. She enjoys seeing them squirm and sweat over the grimdark humor she finds entertaining.

Azazel uses her simpler form in the mortal realm, and her winged one in other settings or combat. Her halo is not rounded, its sharp and flat, and can be used as a chakram that always returns to her.

REFERENCE, DESIGN NOTES

  • Do not flatten her chest. Please draw her on the curvier or chubbier side, though i'm not particularly picky since she can change her appearance freely.
  • Please keep the point in the halo! Its meant to be sharp.
  • That being said, the halo IS optional and either form is fine.
  • Giving her clothes is okay.
  • Drawing with an alternate color palette is okay as long as she is recognizable.

TRIVIA

  • Azazel's chakram halo appears to not be able to hurt her, when others use it they are likely to cut their hands up.
  • Indulges in sin, but her role is needed too badly to kick her out again, so she is looked down upon by others from afar.
  • Furthermore, Azazel has very little care for the opinions of other holy forces, but will get upset if mortals don’t find her endearing or at least scary.
  • Has an affinity for small mortal crafts, especially those made for religious purpose.
  • Kept a garden during her exile. Checks on it sometimes, but doesn’t have the time to bring it out of its ruined state.
